When I read your question this morning, I was fresh out of bed and couldn't think of an answer. Then I went for my daily 1/2 mile swim. I had the pool to myself. It was blissful. After swimming, I joyfully lounged in the sun reading Jane Austen. When I came home I changed clothes and put a Shakira CD in my CD player. I danced around the house eating my toast. My surprise - these kind of solitary moments light up my life.
