If You Read Official White House Transcripts Of Events (sad), a reader finds things in parentheses (propaganda) that MIGHT BE OPEN TO MORE INTERPRETATION than the White House thinks (laughter).  When the President stumbles or makes no sense (applause), it must be because he is a FUNNY, really good guy (LAUGHTER).
